Do you come to me?
Yes. This is a fully mobile service. We detail vehicles at your home, workplace, or other convenient location.
Do you need water and power?
Yes. Access to water and a standard power outlet is required for service.
Do I need to be present during the service?
Only to have an initial walk-around to confirm price and hand off the keys to the vehicle. You do not need to be present for the remainder of the service.
Pricing
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on:
Vehicle size
Condition (dirt, stains, pet hair, etc.)
Service level selected
Will I be charged more for a very dirty vehicle?
Yes. Vehicles with excessive mud, staining, pet hair, or buildup of dirt require additional labor. Any added cost is discussed before work begins.
Why is detailing more expensive than a car wash?
Detailing is a multi-step restoration process involving deep cleaning, specialized tools, and significantly more time. It is NOT comparable to an automated wash.
Do you offer quotes before starting?
Yes. Final pricing is confirmed during the initial walkaround before work begins.
Results
Will my vehicle look brand new?
Most vehicles see a major transformation. However, permanent damage such as deep scratches, worn materials, or severe staining will not be fully removed.
Can you remove all stains and odors?
Most will be significantly reduced or eliminated. Severe cases may require additional treatments or multiple visits.
Do you clean pet hair?
Yes. Pet hair will be removed from carpets. Excessive pet is considered a Moderate to Heavy condition increase in price due to the extra time required.
Is detailing safe for modern interiors and screens?
Yes. We use professional products and techniques that are safe for plastics, leather, touchscreens, and sensitive surfaces.
